1. Who we are
PostDP (postdp.com) is owned by Chigisoft Limited (Canada) and operated, under licence, by Chigisoft Limited (Nigeria). Both are Prevera Group companies. “We” and “us” mean Chigisoft Limited (Nigeria), the operator you contract with. Contact: legal@postdp.com.

PostDP is a beta. No warranties; features may change or stop.PostDP is a beta product. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Your content3. Your content and your responsibility
Organisers are solely responsible for their campaigns and rights.Organisers are solely responsible for their campaigns: the design, text, names, logos and claims they publish, and for having the rights and permissions to use them. Supporters are responsible for the photos and names they add. PostDP does not review campaigns before they go live and does not endorse any campaign, organiser, cause, party or candidate.
What is not allowed4. What is not allowed
Hate, harassment, impersonation, targeting private people, scams, sexual or violent content.No hate, harassment or bullying; no targeting or mocking private individuals without their consent; no impersonation of people, brands, political parties, candidates or government bodies; no sexual, violent or illegal content; no misinformation, scams or fake giveaways; no content you do not have the rights to.
5. Political and civic campaigns
Political and civic campaigns are allowed if they follow section 4. We may restrict, remove ads from, exclude from search and the Campaigns page, or refuse political campaigns at our discretion, including to comply with law or advertising-partner policies.
Our right to remove6. Our right to refuse and remove
We may refuse or remove any campaign or account, at any time, without notice.We may refuse, suspend, take down or delete any campaign or account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Taken-down campaigns stop working immediately. Organisers can appeal at legal@postdp.com; our decision is final.
Liability7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to ₦150,000.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chigisoft Limited, its group companies, directors, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from campaigns, content or conduct of users, or from the use or misuse of images created with PostDP. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₦150,000.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Chigisoft Limited harmless from any claims, damages or costs (including legal fees) arising from your campaign, your content, or your breach of these terms or of anyone’s rights.
9. Data, expiry and the Campaigns page
Supporter photos and names are processed on your device and never uploaded. Campaign designs are deleted 7 days after the end date (maximum 6 months, extendable). If an organiser opts in, a preview, the campaign name, story and results stay on the Campaigns page until they or PostDP remove them. See our Privacy Policy.
Governing law10. Governing law and changes
Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; courts of Rivers State.These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them.
