Question 1

Is PostDP free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free forever. Creating campaigns and generating DPs costs nothing. Public pages are supported by ads.

Question 2

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Only to publish. Upload your design and set it up first, then sign in with Google or a 6-digit email code so you can manage and extend your campaign later. Supporters never need an account.

Question 3

How long does my link stay live?

Accepted Answer

Until the end date you choose — up to 6 months. You can extend it from your dashboard at any time before it ends.

Question 4

What file should I upload?

Accepted Answer

A PNG or JPG, ideally a 1080 × 1080 px square, with an empty space where faces go. A transparent PNG lets the photo sit behind your artwork.

Question 5

Do I need to sign up?

Accepted Answer

No. Open the link, add your photo, type your name and download — no app and no account.

Question 6

Why won’t my DP download on iPhone?

Accepted Answer

Some in-app browsers (like the one inside Instagram) block downloads. Open the link in Safari, or press and hold the finished image and choose “Save to Photos”.

Question 7

Do you store my photo?

Accepted Answer

Never. Your DP is made inside your browser and your photo is never uploaded to our servers.

Question 8

How do I report a campaign?

Accepted Answer

Use the Report link on the campaign page, or email safety@postdp.com. We review every report within 24 hours.
